Understanding your analytics dashboard

Views, saves, enquiries, WhatsApp clicks — what each metric means and how to act on it.

Every listing on Propora is tracked server-side from publish. The Analytics dashboard surfaces both raw metrics and the conversion funnel between them — which is where the real signal lives.

The metrics

  • Views — page loads on the listing detail page. Updated in real time.
  • Unique visitors — distinct devices viewing the listing. Closer to the true 'audience size'.
  • Saves — buyers who added the listing to their favourites or shortlist. Strongest 'soft' interest signal.
  • Enquiries — completed enquiry forms or 'Request a viewing' submissions.
  • WhatsApp clicks — taps on the WhatsApp button. Logged server-side; the conversation continues off-platform.
  • Floor-plan opens, virtual-tour views, photo gallery opens — secondary engagement signals.

The funnel

Conversion rates matter more than absolute counts. The dashboard shows three ratios for every listing: Views → Saves, Saves → Enquiries, Enquiries → Viewings. We benchmark these against the platform average for the same community + property type.

If Views are high but Saves are low: your photos or hero shot need work. If Saves are high but Enquiries are low: your price is likely above market — check the comparable median on the listing's coaching panel.
