Is Propora live in production?
Yes — the platform is live at propora.ae with 300+ verified UAE listings. The autonomous AI pipeline (listing creation, validation, distribution, lead qualification) is running in production today.
Do I need to be RERA-licensed to sign up?
Brokerages must hold a valid RERA licence + ORN. Individual advisors need a valid BRN. We verify both during onboarding — the validator engine blocks any listing without verified credentials.
Can I migrate my existing listings from PropertyFinder / Bayut?
Yes. We accept PF XML, Bayut XML, and generic CSV during onboarding. Up to 200 listings migrate free of charge for Founding Brokerages.
What's the WhatsApp integration like?
Buyers DM your listings through Propora's Business API number. The AI qualification loop greets them, asks budget / timeline / financing, scores HOT/WARM/COLD, and proposes viewing slots — all before the lead lands in your advisor's CRM. You see only the qualified ones.
