Already on PropertyFinder, Bayut, or Dubizzle? You can migrate your entire active inventory to Propora in a single upload using the same XML feed you already export.

The five-step flow
- Upload your XML/CSV/XLSX (up to 50MB) at Advisor dashboard → Bulk import.
- Field mapping — known formats (PF, Bayut) are mapped automatically. Override any mapping if your export schema is custom.
- Validation preview — every row is checked against Propora's listing policy. Errors are highlighted inline; fix them in place or download a corrected CSV.
- Set import options — default status (Draft / Active / Coming soon), duplicate handling, and whether to re-host photos on the Propora CDN.
- Run the import — progress streams in real time. You can close the page and we'll email when it's done.
