Before you start
- Active RERA Broker Number (BRN) on your Advisor profile
- Trakheesi permit number for the property (Dubai listings)
- 5+ photos of the actual unit — exterior, living, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom
- Asking price, built-up area in sqft, bed/bath counts
The five steps
- Photos first — drag and drop up to 30 photos. Our AI flags any that are dark, blurry, or look like screenshots, and suggests missing rooms.
- Property details — most fields are pre-filled from your photos. Confirm the property type, view, sqft, beds/baths.
- AI description — we generate three description variants for you. Pick one or write your own. Average length should be 120–180 words.
- Compliance — RERA permit number is validated live against the DLD portal. Trakheesi is checked against format. If either fails you'll see exactly which field is wrong.
- Visibility & schedule — publish immediately, schedule a go-live date, or save as draft.
