Saving listings without an account
Hit the heart on any listing and we save it locally for 30 days. After three saves we'll prompt you to create an account so your shortlist syncs across devices — but you can keep going without one.
Search alerts
When you've found a filter set you're happy with, tap 'Save this search'. You'll get instant push + email alerts the moment a matching listing publishes. Daily and weekly digest options are available if you'd rather batch them.
Tier badges and what they unlock
- Bronze — every new buyer. Basic features.
- Silver — 500+ pts. AED 500 transaction cashback, 'Serious Buyer' badge on enquiries, 30-min free mortgage consultation.
- Gold — 2,000+ pts. Off-market listing access, priority in Advisor CRMs, AED 1,500 cashback, 60-min mortgage consultation.
- Elite — 5,000+ pts. First-look access, AED 3,000 cashback, guaranteed 1-hour Advisor response, interior design consultation.
Booking a viewing
Every listing detail page has a 'Book a viewing' button. Pick a preferred date and time slot, and the Advisor confirms or proposes an alternative. You'll get a calendar invite (.ics file) on confirmation. International buyers can opt for a virtual viewing — typically WhatsApp video or Zoom.
